Gifted STEAM Magnet Campus Tours: Click Here to Reserve Space

Taft Charter High School Gifted STEAM Magnet Program will be offering campus tours in order for you to get a better on-site feel of our Magnet program.  

The campus tours will meet in the Library at 8:30AM on the following dates:

School Campus Tours: Click Here to Reserve Space

Taft Charter High School will be offering campus tours which will feature various programs on campus, including the SAS (Individualized Honors, Traditional Honors and Academic Enrichment) and Humanitas programs. All school campus tours will meet in the Library at 8:30AM on the following dates:

Taft Sophomore Selected as Ambassador To Japan

Taft Charter High School Sophomore Laurent Chang has been selected from high school students around the County to be the 2017 Youth Ambassador to the City of Nagoya in Japan by the Los Angeles Nagoya Sister City Affiliation (commonly known as LANSCA). As a youth ambassador representing the City of Los Angeles and the Mayor of Los Angeles, he received a scholarship for a three-week, all-expense paid visit to Japan this summer. Two of Taft's own to be Honored as exceptional educators this Sunday morning May 21st

This Sunday morning, May 21st at 10:00 am, Ms. Eileen Capinha-Viadero and Ms. Kathy West will be inducted into the "Walk of Hearts" Walk of Fame located at the Village at Westfield Topanga. This induction is for being exceptional educators. We at Taft are extremely proud of Ms. West and Ms. Viadero and would like to congratulate them on them receiving this honor.
